Under the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme, payments of up to £7500 for the supply and installation of air source or ground source heat pumps can be guaranteed until the 31st March 2022.
From the 31st of March 2022 The Clean Heat Grant will replace the Domestic RHI in April 2022 and aims to help existing small domestic buildings to make the transition to low carbon heating systems.
The Clean Heat Grant will provide a £5,000 one-off payment towards the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump, and £6,000 towards the installation of a Ground Source Heat Pump.
